A 100g tub of Sodium Metabisulphite by Young's.
Sodium Metabisulphite is used for sterilisation of all home brewing and household implements.
Usage: dissolve 1tsp per pint of water.
Works fine as a sterilising agent BUT the Instructions on the tub give NO advice as to how much powder to use to initially sterilise your fruit and water must, and then how long you then leave it prior to adding the yeast! (I added 1 tsp of powder to my 2 gallon bucket of must and left it for a week during which time the fruit was soaking and given a daily squeeze, following which I strained off the fruit and added the yeast - BUT UP TO YOU - just make sure you don't add the yeast too soon otherwise the sterilising solution will kill it!)
