Wine Yeast and Nutrient: Handcraft Supplies Wine Yeast combined with Wine Yeast Nutrient is the perfect blend of dried wine yeast, yeast nutrient, vitamins and trace minerals, to aid healthy fermentation in winemaking. Follow the instructions on the label: add 1g (approximately 1 third of a teaspoon) per 4.5 litres of liquid, mix well and leave to stand until clear. For juice extraction: add to must/mash at a rate of g (approximately 1 third of a teaspoon) per kg fruit and leave to stand at 40-50 degrees centigrade for 1 hour - lower temperatures may require longer standing times.
