Used in wines, beer, mead and spirits to give a distinct oak aroma, as if your home brew has been stored in casks. The oak chips are simply dispersed into the must.
Directions: Add the chips to your must at the start of fermentation. Agitate gently. Remove the oak with a sieve after 5-7 days.
