A 30g tub of Wine Stabiliser / Fermentation Stopper by Young's.
Also known as Potassium Sorbate. Added to wine to stop the fermentation and prevent a re-fermentation after bottling. Should always be used together with campden tablets to avoid your wine smelling of Duranium.
Usage: 1 gram per gallon.
