What does the Mad Millie Yoghurt Culture contain?
The culture contains the following strains:
streptococcus thermophilus, lactobacillus delbrueckii subs. bulgaricus, bifidobacterium lactis, lactobacillus acidophilus. The carrier is sucrose and maltodextrins.
How much liquid does one sachet treat?
You can use each sachet for culturing 1 L of milk. The pack contains 5 sachets.
How long does a package last?
This culture is shelf stable for 10 months. However, we suggest storing cultures in the freezer. If you freeze them as soon as you receive, them this will help to prolong the life of the culture.
