Coopers' unique low-temperature evaporation process retains the clean malt flavour and colour in LME that is needed for brewing. Evaporating malt extract in this way also avoids the caramelised flavours you sometimes get in other Malt Extracts.
Use as a base for your own beer recipes when more depth of flavour and colour is needed.
