This Better Brew Hedgerow Wine Kit contains the winemaking ingredients you need to turn your own fruits or flowers into home-brewed wine. The ingredients in this kit are enough to make up to 23 litres (up to 30 standard wine bottles) of hedgerow or country wine. Just add your own fruit, sugar and water.
The kit contains:
- Yeast
- Yeast Nutrient
- Finings - two-part A and B for clearing your finished wine
- Bentonite - a clay-based vegan wine fining to help clear wines
- Citric Acid - to balance the acids in less acidic fruits and flowers
- Pectic Enzyme - stops fruit setting
- Stabiliser - fermentation stopper to prevent your wine re-fermenting after it is bottled
- Recipes to make these wines: apple, pear, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, cherry, blueberry, elderflower, elderberry, gooseberry, currant, sloe, plum, grape, rosehip, cranberry, birch sap and dandelion
all together in a pack with instructions.
Just add your own fruit, sugar, water and bottles. Brewing equipment and steriliser are not included.
