Better Brew Hedgerow Wine Kit plus Equipment Starter Kit

Better Brew Hedgerow Kit plus an Equipment Starter Kit for your Hedgerow Wine, suitable for making 23 litres (30 standard wine bottles) of wine from hedgerow fruits and/or flowers. 

Ideal for a beginner, simply choose your recipe from the Better Brew recipe leaflet inside.

Kit includes:

• Yeast

• Yeast Nutrient

• Finings - two-part A and B for clearing your finished wine

• Bentonite - a clay-based vegan wine fining to help clear wine

• Citric acid - to balance the acids in less acidic fruits and wines

• Pectic enzyme - to stop fruit setting and reduce cloudiness

• Stabiliser - fermentation stopper to prevent your wine re-fermenting after it is bottled

• A leaflet with recipes to make apple, pear, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, cherry, blueberry, elderflower, elderberry, gooseberry, currant, sloe, plum, grape, rosehip, cranberry, birch sap and dandelion wine, together with instructions 

plus an equipment starter kit which includes:

• 1 x 23 litre fermentation bucket

• Lid for bucket with grommet (which fits in the hole for the airlock - no bung is needed)

• Airlock

• Almost Off Grid 'Simple Syphon' including a sediment trap, rigid syphon tube, PVC tubing, tap and a clip

• Hydrometer

• LCD stick on thermometer

• Mixing Paddle

• A 100g tub of cleaner/steriliser

plus a nylon straining bag.
